This cemetery is about a mile west of the village of Cressy on the north side of Cressy Road. Cressy Cemetery, the village of Cressy, and the road that runs east and west were all named after Erastus Cressy.

Sara Colburn and Ruth McMonigle walked Cressy Cemetery in June of 2006,and updated November 2009. Additional information was then gathered from county records and newspapers.
